We are very much looking forward to welcome you on ARTMUSFAIR/2009 in Glasgow!

Become a delegate and/or exhibition - there are two types of participation models to ARTMUSFAIR 2009
:

A. Register & become an ARTMUSFAIR delegate
Individual participants  – Admission Fee: € 75,– p. person

B. Register & book an Exhibition Stand on ARTMUSFAIR
XS-participation: € 250,– per organisation; includes a trade fair/exhibition stand and admission for 2 delegates representing on organisation or institution.

Conference fee generally includes:

  • - Admission to all ARTMUSFAIR venues & conferences
  • - Conference package
  • - Unlimited ARTMUSFAIR attendance & participation
  • - Admission to ARTMUSFAIR side-programme
  • - Free receptions, opening ceremony
  • - Standard-size exhibition booth (for ECF members, ARTMUSFAIR-partners and XL-participants only!)

C. Free-of-charge registration to ARTMUSFAIR/2009
Participants or delegates who are members of either the European Composers Forum (and its adjoined members organisations), BASCA, and all official ARTMUSFAIR 2009 partner organisations, speakers and artists will
get a registration free of charge. If not, you have to pay like everybody else to join the community. ARTMUSFAIR is a not-for-profit event primarily based on cultural funding and in kind contribution, so we try to keep our registration fees as low as possible, but we need to cover all our expenses and services. In order to reduce your costs, please be register early and keep your expenses (travelling, accommodation) to the necessary minimum.

→ Enquiring for funding (local, national, international, cultural or commercial) for your ARTMUSFAIR visit is a good way to educate public and private structures that music is a major force in both global trade and cultural exchange and it will hopefully add to your budget at the same time. You may contact us for advice on your personal funding situation.

If you should cancel a conference registration before 20 October 2009 you will receive a full refund. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time.

Terms of Payment & Business
1.In € (Euro) currency only / 2.All prices gross=net / 3.Payments can be made in cash or bank transfer – no cheques accepted / 4. All bank costs to be covered by registrant / 5. Deadlines are payment receipt deadlines / 6.Registration and booking only valid with a completed registration form and full payment / 7.Proof of full payment must accompany registration form / 9. ARTMUSFAIR will not be responsible for any 3rd party liability incurred by participants as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the event / 9. Any cancellation must be received in writing, refund is subject to a 20 % administrative charge / 10.No refunds after 20 Oct 2009 / 11. Registrations are accepted subject to event capacity / 12.Delegates are entitled to attend all ARTMUSFAIR events, subject to venue capacity. / 13. The ARTMUSFAIR newsletter with essential information will be sent to all delegates, please inform us on info@artmusfair.eu to be excluded from this information flow.
